Pregnancy loss can be an experience that is deeply physical as well as emotional. There can be questions about what is happening to the body, what to expect after a miscarriage or procedure, changes in mood and emotions, changes in the menstrual cycle, fatigue, physical recovery, grief and the experience of feeling different from yourself.

Holistic support for women navigating the physical, emotional and psychological changes following childbirth. Sessions provide a safe space to process the transition into motherhood and understand changes in mood, body, and identity.
Understanding your options
Helping clients develop questions and understand general information about the different approaches that may be discussed with their doctor, including expectant, medical and surgical management of miscarriage. The purpose is to help women feel informed and empowered when making healthcare decisions with their medical team.The things nobody talks about
Providing a confidential space to discuss the less visible aspects of pregnancy loss and reproductive transition, including changes in mood, identity, relationships, body image, intimacy, confidence, grief and the sometimes confusing experience of not feeling like yourself.
